Time Cards USA (timecardsusa.com) is operated by Signal Systems, Inc., 5724 Aldrich Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55419 ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send after checkout confirms that we received your order; we accept it when we ship it. We may limit quantities, or decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we refund the full amount.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. You pay at checkout by card or another payment method offered there; payments are processed by Stripe. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout, as described on our Shipping page. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping costs, delivery times and what to do about damaged shipments are described on our Shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds follow our Return policy, including the 20% restocking fee and the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number you need before sending anything back.

Product information and warranties

We work to describe products, compatibility and prices accurately, but errors can happen; we may correct them, including after an order is placed. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, or as stated on the product page, including any extended warranty you buy. Apart from those warranties, and to the fullest extent the law allows, products and this website are provided "as is", without any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost data.

Use of this website

You may use this website to learn about and buy our products. Please do not misuse it, for example by trying to get around its security, overloading it, or copying its content in bulk. The text, photos and design of this website belong to Signal Systems, Inc. or to their respective owners. Product names, model numbers, logos and brands belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products and the equipment they work with; their use does not imply endorsement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
